Support & Helpdesk
Our support service consists of a team of experienced and skilled software & hardware technicians. They can work both on site and remotely.
Our helpdesk is available every working day (Monday -> Friday) from 08:30 to 17:30. You can contact us by phone/email or simply fill in the form above and we will be happy to get back to you quickly.
Our interventions can be easily covered by the warranty, by a maintenance contract or by a hours-service-pack (contact your IDtech account manager for more information).
