IDtech opens new office in Zaventem to accelerate growth and bring its solutions closer to partners

New sales office near Brussels gives part of IDtech's growing sales team a second home base alongside its Gembloux headquarters and offers partners and end-users a dedicated space to experience IDtech solutions firsthand

IDtech, the Belgian security engineering specialist, has officially opened its new office in Zaventem. Located at Excelsiorlaan 55, on the doorstep of Brussels, the office will host part of IDtech's growing sales team, complementing the company's headquarters in Gembloux, and features a dedicated space where partners and end-users can experience IDtech solutions firsthand.

A showcase built for the partner ecosystem

The new experience space has been designed as a working tool for IDtech's partner ecosystem. Certified systems integrators and technology partners can use it to give hands-on demonstrations of IDtech solutions and to show how seamlessly they integrate with third-party security systems. A live demonstration wall, fitted with controllers, wireless locks, several cameras and a range of badge, biometric and long-distance readers, lets visitors see the technology operating in real conditions rather than on a slide.

IDtech encourages its partners to invite their own customers to Zaventem, whether to explore a project, validate an integration scenario or simply see the solutions in action before making a decision.

Inaugural partner event and a leadership announcement

The inaugural festivities began on Thursday 8 October with a partner event, giving IDtech's integrators and technology partners the first opportunity to discover the new space. Guests attended a presentation of IDtech's latest solutions, took part in live product demonstrations and met the IDtech management team and experts over networking drinks.

The event was also the occasion to announce the appointment of Patrick Naze as General Manager of IDtech Belgium and Luxembourg, effective 1 January 2027. With more than 30 years of international experience in general management, sales, operations and business transformation across the security, fire protection, electronic systems and renewable energy sectors, he will lead IDtech's next phase of growth.
