IDtech appoints Patrick Naze as General Manager to lead its next phase of growth

IDtech, the Access Control activity of the Diagonal Invest group, announces the appointment of Patrick Naze as General Manager of IDtech Belgium and Luxembourg, effective 1 January 2027.

With more than 30 years of international experience in general management, sales, operations and business transformation, Patrick Naze will be responsible for leading IDtech’s activities in Belgium and Luxembourg and for further developing the company’s commercial, operational and organisational capabilities.

IDtech is part of the Diagonal Invest group, which brings together complementary activities in the security and workforce technology markets, including Moti, specialised in time registration and workforce management, and Axxession, focused on Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM). Within the group, IDtech is the dedicated Access Control business, developing and delivering solutions for professional security and access management.

Patrick Naze joins IDtech after a career spanning the security, fire protection, electronic systems and renewable energy sectors. He brings extensive senior management experience, including full P&L responsibility and a strong track record in transformation, operational improvement and profitable growth.

The development of new solutions, including the evolution of the Unipass platform and the group’s longer-term software strategy, provides a foundation for further growth in the Access Control market.

As General Manager, Patrick Naze will focus on commercial growth, operational excellence, product-market development and organisational development, while working closely with the management of the Diagonal Invest group and its other businesses.

Patrick Naze will take up his new position on 1 January 2027.
