A fresh look and a new way to find what you need

You've probably noticed things look different around here.

The IDtech website has been rebuilt from the ground up. The design is the visible part: cleaner, faster, and much easier to navigate on a phone as much as on a desktop. The more useful change is structural.

We've reorganised the way our solutions are presented - around the problems they solve, rather than around our product catalogue. Access control, identity governance and visitor management each have their own space, alongside dedicated pages for the sectors where reliability and continuity of service are non-negotiable.

If you're an integrator or installer, that should mean fewer clicks between a question and an answer. If you're evaluating access control for your own organisation, it should mean a clearer picture of what we do and how we work — before you ever pick up the phone.

What you're reading is a starting point rather than a finished project. This section will keep growing: an expert blog on access control and identity governance, customer stories, and case studies drawn from real deployments. There'll be more here in the coming weeks.
