Hot Line

In addition to the "Detailed users' guidelines" and the "Help on line" coming as a standard package, IDtech has a "Hot Line" service which works every day from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Multi-lingual assistance (French-English-Dutch) is on offer. And last but by no means least, our "Software Support" service brings you remote maintenance solutions ensuring a quick service from a distance.

Training

Training session

As soon as you have opted for IDtech or for one of its partners, a consultant responsible for your project submits you a full and detailed training programme. Training sessions at the rate of three half-days a week are held in your premises. Furthermore, we supply you with all the information required for setting up the parameters of the IDtech applications
